The Service. docpipelineai.com provides automated document tools, including a resume ATS compatibility checker ("Tool A") and bank statement / invoice conversion to spreadsheet formats ("Tool B"). The Service processes documents you upload and returns generated analysis or structured files.
Accounts. You may use Tool A once without an account. Continued use requires an email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access links confidential.
Acceptable use. You may not upload documents you have no right to process; attempt to extract identity documents, passports, medical records, or payment credentials; scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service; or circumvent usage limits and rate controls.
No professional advice. Output produced by the Service — including resume scores, rewrite suggestions, and extracted financial data — is provided for reference only and does not constitute financial, tax, accounting, legal, or career advice. You remain solely responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it, including for bookkeeping, tax filings, or job applications.
Document handling & retention. Uploaded documents and generated results are processed to fulfil your request and are deleted immediately after processing; we do not retain document contents or generated files. Operational logs contain metadata only (timestamps, file size, processing route), never document contents. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Third-party processing. Document processing may be performed by automated systems operated by us and, where indicated (e.g., paid fallback processing), by Microsoft Azure AI services under data-processing agreements. See the Privacy Policy for the current processor list.
Fees & subscriptions. Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.
Availability & changes. We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features; material changes to these Terms will be announced by email or on-site notice at least 14 days in advance.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost job opportunities or accounting errors, except where such limitation is prohibited by law (statutory liability under mandatory law remains unaffected).
Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us.
